Please be a Gift Aid visitor. As a registered charity we are able to claim an extra 25% from the Government on your total payment. This helps us to fund project work in the garden – currently the refurbishment of the Walled Garden. We are extremely grateful to those visitors who assist us in this way.
Group parties
Coach Groups (min. 10 pre booked) – £6.00 each.
We are delighted to welcome groups by prior arrangement during the open season and we recommend you allow about 2 hours to explore the historic and evolving gardens, plus additional time if teas or light lunches are required. Admission for the group leader is free. Contact the office on 01822 854769 for details.
RHS Members
Free of charge weekends in February, and free of charge every Friday March to October inclusive, except Good Friday. Free entry is for Member 1 only. Free entry is not valid for RHS members on group visits.

Guided Tours and Intoductory Talks
Guided tours are available, ranging from a brief introduction to a walk led by our Head Gardener. Prices start from £10.
Disabled Visitors
There is limited access to some parts of the garden due to the hilly nature of the site, but as the garden develops we are endeavouring to accommodate visitors with mobility problems as fully as possible. There is level access to the tearoom and disabled toilet.
Dogs
Due to the sensitive nature of the garden only guide dogs are allowed.
