For health & wellbeing

Yung’s events are informal, fun and hugely popular, all delivered in a unique style and enthusiasm that shines through to promote healthy living and wellbeing.

'It's important to have time to enjoy nature and explore the beauty and outdoors as much as possible. My love of gardening is very important to me and seeing the rewards of all the hard work and dedication you put into your garden is so satisfying. Being in my garden helps me to feel healthy, relaxed and happy,” says Yung.

The session will be packed full of topics important to women, including:

  • Summer health

  • Health benefits of gardening - physically and mentally

  • Protecting your skin and good posture positions to adopt while gardening

  • Growing vegetables that will create “health on a plate” and encourage good brain health

  • The benefits of using garden herbs to make relaxing teas

You are then free to wander the gorgeous garden after the event

Book now to join Yung and other gardening-loving minds.
