Information you give us
You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site, ordering online, signing up to receive our newsletter or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information. Note that online payments take place in a secure environment and are processed and entirely managed by third party service providers, namely Squarespace and Stripe (a website ecommerce service and a payment gateway). Signing up to receive our newsletter will mean that the contact details you give will be held within a third party system, namely Mailchimp. Information we collect about you
Technical information, including the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform; information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time) and methods used to browse away from the page.
Information we receive from other sources
We may receive information about you if you use services we provide. For example, if you complete an enquiry form or send us details relating to a group booking. In this case we will have informed you when we collected that data that it may be shared internally. In order to take payment we rely upon third parties and may receive information about you from them in order to process the order.
Uses made of the information
We use information you give us: to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us; to notify you about changes to our service and updates; to ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.

Where we store your personal data
In order to process your membership, or fulfill a booking we may print out your details and add them to our diary, which is visible to relevant members of staff.
All information you provide to us is stored on our servers or on servers operated by a third party. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will not use your personal data for any purpose other than to fulfill any order you place, or, if you buy a membership, we will use it to approach you when it is time to consider renewing your membership.
