The support you give when you join is incredibly valuable to us - and great value to you. Individual membership is just £30 per year.
We welcome support from individuals, organisations and businesses and have a number of projects and campaigns that need funds and support. Right now we are raising funds for a story-telling area in our Dell, and to develop our barn into a usable space for events.
It's not always money that we need, sometimes it's professional skills, materials or expert time. If you'd like to engage with us please get in touch.
Bequests and sponsorship of trees and benches
Occasionally we receive bequests. It's a very touching way to receive support as it reminds us of how much the garden brings pleasure to visitors and how we can play a part in connecting a person with the garden for all time.
Throughout the garden there are benches that celebrate life and remember loved ones.
Planted in 2011, The Jubilee Arboretum is where tree sponsorship is most visible. The planting includes unusual trees that are available to sponsor.
If you'd like to support us please call the office, or use the form below to get in touch.
Help us grow
We value volunteers and are excited about attracting more people to help us develop The Garden House. It's easy to imagine that all volunteering must be in the garden and that you must have to be fighting fit and full of gardening knowledge. Not so. Volunteers aren't only in the garden. We also look for help in retail, garden tours, events and education, administration and maintenance.
