Christmas Tree Workshop

Join us for a creative and inspiring Christmas macrame experience! In this beginner friendly workshop, you will learn basic knots and techniques to craft your own beautiful wall hung Christmas tree.  You will be guided by Steph who will share her top tips and hacks to get you off to a flying start.

You will create your wall hanging from recycled cotton cord and will be able to embellish with a choice of rescued materials (or bring your own).

In this 4-hour introduction to macrame you will learn:

Types of cord and their uses

Tips on your workspace

Larks head knot

Wrapping knot

Spiral knot

Learn how Macrame can encourage mindfulness, patience and wellbeing and get your Christmas craft on!

£55 per head.

A hot drink and entry to the garden is included. Please feel free to pre-order lunch from our menu on arrival.

Please arrive for 9.45am for a 10.00am start. We aim to finish by 2.00pm.

We will contact you around a week before the workshop with any information needed for the day. Please check your junk mail as we often end up in there!

Workshop Cancellation

• If you are unable to attend, we ask for 21 days notice and a refund will be given minus a 25% admin fee. Any cancellations after that will be non-refundable.
• If you would like to send someone in your place please give us their contact details (name, address, email and telephone number) so that we can confirm with them. If you are unable to get anyone to cover your place we can put your ticket price money towards another workshop.
• If The Garden House has to cancel a workshop, full refunds will be given.
