Snowdrop Lino Print Embellishment Workshop 16th February 2024

Get ready to unleash your creativity with Louise Nichols in this snowdrop lino print embellishment workshop! You’ll have fun working from a variety of pre-printed designs in different colours and fabrics and you’ll also get to add your own personal touch to each print with fabric, threads, buttons, or any other embellishments you desire. If you need more materials, don’t worry – Louise has got you covered with a range of high-quality options available for purchase on the day. With plenty of samples, references, and inspiration to guide you, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to let your imagination run wild!

There will be a selection of different pre-printed panels available for you to choose from on this Snowdrop themed workshop. You’ll spend the day embellishing the print/prints with felt, fabric, threads, beads etc. Using a variety of stitches which can all be done by hand or using decorative machine embroidery if you prefer. Once your panel is finished it can be made into items such as a wall hanging, picture or cushion, for which instructions will be given for you to take away.

The largest prints measure approx. 23cm x 21cm & are £8.00 each. The smaller ones 13cm x 15cm & are £4.00 each.

Louise will bring along materials, felt & threads on the day which will be available to purchase, but you’re welcome to bring along any of your own threads, embellishments etc. to use if you wish.

£35 per head (plus extra on the day for the prints you use. Either £4 or £8).

A hot drink and entry to the garden included.

Please arrive for 9.45am for a 10.00am start. We will finish at 4pm. Feel free to use our cafe for your lunchbreak to order whatever you would like, or take advantage of our Workshop Lunch deal which is a light lunch, cake and a hot drink for £10.

Cancellation Policy:  If you need to cancel for any reason, we ask for a minimum of 7 days notice (prior to event date).  Up to 7 days before you will be entitled to a full refund.  Within 7 days of event date, no refund can be issued.
